That's great - a decision is the legally valid document from the tax office. If you do not have an Austrian bank account, you can simply request the credit to be paid out by letter.

No, unfortunately that will not work. Since the tax compensation goes to the tax office, you have to use the tax number. You can query this in the APP or, if you do not have a tax number yet, simply apply for it at the tax office. We will soon offer an opportunity to apply for this here.

No problem. Your previous information will be saved and so you can clarify any amounts in the meantime, check receipts and then add them later.

You can always delete it and yourself again talk to your tax buddy again.

Our app service supports the tax years from the current year up to 2019. For the two possible years before that, please contact us by email and we will take care of it. The standard fee is the same as for the app service and can easily be transferred.

It doesn't matter. We send your tax settlement electronically to the tax office. We are allowed to do this because we are a certified accounting company recognized by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce.

Yes of course. You will receive a so-called XML file by email and can use it can also be called up at any time in the APP.
