Tax matters should be understandable and as easy to access as possible. Here you can find out what we focus on for accessibility and how to tell us about a barrier.
Website and app
This information covers the RelaxTax website and the RelaxTax app. They have different interfaces. An improvement in the app does not automatically mean the same feature is available on the website.
What we focus on
Lessons from the app inform improvements to our website. We pay particular attention to:
- Clear headings and meaningful names for links and controls in German and English.
- Readable text with room to wrap when enlarged or viewed on narrow screens.
- Keyboard operation, visible focus and predictable opening and closing of menus.
- Control states that are communicated through more than colour or visual appearance alone.
Current status and limitations
Accessibility work is ongoing. We cannot currently confirm that every page, app step, video and embedded service is fully usable with every assistive technology. This information does not establish full conformance with an accessibility standard.
